We love living here in the desert because there are so many things
to do and you can see them nearly year round. Some of our favorite
activities are:
- The kids
love The Living Desert (our zoo) and the Children's
Discovery Museum where they can touch and hold all sorts of
cool things without being told "do not touch".
- Big League
Dreams is a beautiful and fun replica of three major league
baseball fields and Desert Adventures has those bright
"red jeeps" that you see all over town and take passengers
to out of the way places. You learn a lot about the desert and
the scenery is magnificent!
- Knott's
Soak City is one of the best water parks in Southern California
and we have one right here in Palm Springs.
- There is
also plenty of golf, celebrity house tours, a unique outdoor rock
climbing center, bike rentals, hiking, antiquing, art galleries,
great restaurants and lots of shopping too.
With the beautiful
sunny weather almost all year round and our majestic mountains,
this is truly paradise.
